Amazing experience! The store was so neat and well organized. Products were easy to locate and the sales associate on the floor was quite friendly and helpful. There were lots of things on sale at really low prices. Lamiaa helped me with my transaction and was so wonderful! She recognized and greeted me and helped me with the issue I had. She was very polite and understanding and took time to resolve my issue. The manager was very kind to lay a helping hand as well. I would definitely be returning and I highly recommend other artists to pay a visit as well! Great customer service!
Amazing art store with everything you can possibly need for the Artist, art student, beginner or even children. My little nieces are quite artistic so I bought them full pencil kits, complex colouring books to. Halle get them and help them develop concentration skills as well as manual dexterity, glitter / poster project kit for the 8 year old and an aqua tells/ canvass kit. My nieces lived their gifts. The clerk who helped me was perfectly bilingual and as a Francophone I loved that. She helped me find things and was very patient with me. I got a discount because I doesn’t more than $100. Very good experience at this store… loved it! Highly recommend for Xmas shopping !
Very beautiful art store! The staff was super patient and friendly with us. They have a wide range of markers and different art supplies. Surprisingly unlike other craft stores, this one carries relatively high quality yarn
They have such a quality and varieties of craft items in this store. I've always found the staff helpful, curtious and enthusiastic. Prices are a bit higher than some of the other craft stores but then so is the quality.
I could walk around this store for hours! Everything art can be found in this store and is a one stop shop for everything I need. I suppose I could get my things a few cents cheaper, but then I'd have to travel around. Why bother when DeSerres has it all. The staff are helpful and willing to go the extra mile.
I was served as soon as I came in. I simply needed a white pen and the nice lady gave me a bunch of recommendation in a ultra professional way, for a simple colored pen. Friendly service is definitely pressent here. Awesome staff!

Amazing variety and reasonable prices. Pretty much anything you could ever need for any craft. Walking through here helped inspire me to take up painting again :
Great selection of art products. Unlike Michaels that is a bit more craft based with a small selection of artists supplies. Deserres is more geared towards artists that dabble in painting, drawing, making traditional comics, etc. They do offer a decent craft oriented selection as well.
Huge selection of materials for arts and crafts. There were also several tables of clearance items with excellent deals for $1 or $2.
