I have had wonderful experiences at this store. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, helpful & possess great customer service skills. They carry an amazing number of high quality yarns and accessories and provide courses which are terrific too!

I've been going back to the store for yarn and knitting advice for almost ten years. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Nice to have a craft store downtown and people to ask advice. Weekends can be busy.

If you knit, it's the place to go. Staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. In late Autumn they hold classes from beginners to season ones.

I found this place in the summer of 2014 and have had the most amazing experience. From the beginning I have felt welcomed and even encouraged to return to see the classes given. Since my first class I have been returning monthly. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly.

What a pleasant store to visit! The staff are always so very helpful, and knowledgeable! I have had my old Husqvarna serviced here, and it runs just like new again. My new Husqvarna Sapphire 960Q is awesome. It is a pleasure to deal with such dedicated and warm staff! They are all talented to boot!!

Amazing staff, even on the telephone, they bend over backwards for you. I have had experience at other stores where they put me on hold because they had to help a customer!!
