Amazing experience! The store was so neat and well organized. Products were easy to locate and the sales associate on the floor was quite friendly and helpful. There were lots of things on sale at really low prices. Lamiaa helped me with my transaction and was so wonderful! She recognized and greeted me and helped me with the issue I had. She was very polite and understanding and took time to resolve my issue. The manager was very kind to lay a helping hand as well. I would definitely be returning and I highly recommend other artists to pay a visit as well! Great customer service!
Amazing art store with everything you can possibly need for the Artist, art student, beginner or even children. My little nieces are quite artistic so I bought them full pencil kits, complex colouring books to. Halle get them and help them develop concentration skills as well as manual dexterity, glitter / poster project kit for the 8 year old and an aqua tells/ canvass kit. My nieces lived their gifts. The clerk who helped me was perfectly bilingual and as a Francophone I loved that. She helped me find things and was very patient with me. I got a discount because I doesn’t more than $100. Very good experience at this store… loved it! Highly recommend for Xmas shopping !
Very beautiful art store! The staff was super patient and friendly with us. They have a wide range of markers and different art supplies. Surprisingly unlike other craft stores, this one carries relatively high quality yarn
I have been a previous framing customer here, but had a sour experience recently with a staffer named Dominique. Dominique seemed irritated from the moment I arrived at the framing desk, not looking up from the computer to acknowledge me and speaking only to ask me with attitude “are you not going to unroll it?” referring to the print I wanted framed. After I explained what I wanted, she sighed and said she probably had some frames in stock they would work, then walked off to get a prefab frame that was too small for my piece, which only seemed to make her more irritable. I’m not sure why I would stand at a custom framing desk if I wanted an off the shelf frame? The consult when from bad to worse with Dominique getting testy as I asked to see frame samples and as I explained for the third time that I didn’t want the print matted. The final quote provided was more than double what I received from another associate a month earlier and she rudely told me that budget options existed, but that if I wanted quality, it would cost. As mentioned, I have had several other items framed at this store so I have an understanding of how much framing costs. In my opinion a customer should never be shamed for wanting to spend $300 less. I know there are staffing challenges at the moment in retail, but good customer service isn’t hard. The experience with Dominique tainted my opinion of this store and as a result, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
I have previously shopped and enjoyed my experience at this store but not today. I went in to shop with my husband and was putting items in my tote to make it easier to carry around. An employee saw me and immediately assumed I was shoplifting because she followed me around and alerted all the colleagues she ran into. The thing is, I worked retail for 13 years and I would never have behaved that way for someone simply using a tote bag instead of a basket. Especially during a pandemic when people might want to avoid touching things that many would touch or when people are trying to reduce costs by bringing their own bags. I would have kept an eye out or asked an employee near the door to keep an eye out. But having several employees following and watching you shop is not okay. This store is a very clear example of ableism so for any other neurodiverse people, you might want to avoid it since they clearly can't handle situations without making their shoppers uncomfortable. I have an invisible disability and I left the store physically shaking and feeling nauseous. I understand needing to safeguard against shoplifters but this was not the way to do it. Please do better in the future and read up on ways to mitigate shoplifting without harassing your customers.
Amazing variety and reasonable prices. Pretty much anything you could ever need for any craft. Honestly, walking through here helped inspire me to take up painting again. A hobby I havent done in years. Thanks, DeSerres!
They have such a quality and varieties of craft items in this store. I've always found the staff helpful, curtious and enthusiastic. Prices are a bit higher than some of the other craft stores but then so is the quality.

I was served as soon as I came in. I simply needed a white pen and the nice lady gave me a bunch of recommendation in a ultra professional way, for a simple colored pen. Friendly service is definitely pressent here. Awesome staff!
