Our Staff
Our exceptional customer service sets us apart from other spas- we care about each and every client we treat and have the testimonials to prove it! Our knowledgeable staff is professionally trained, certified and experienced in laser hair removal and esthetics. We also have an in-house cosmetic doctor available for free consultations regarding derma fillers, Botox and Latisse.

Our Equipment
All of our equipment is top of the line, FDA-approved and well-maintained. We pride ourselves on cleanliness and keeping up to date with the latest esthetic technology.

Our Space
Our unpretentious spa-like space will make you feel right at home, we invite you to stop in for a cappuccino or relax in our comfy lounge area. We will soon be expanding and completely renovating our clinic into a fabulous two-story space to better serve you. We are located right downtown, a two minute walk from Bonaventure metro and close to major highways.

Reviews
Treatments of Laser hair removal are of poor quality. They sell you package to lock you in motivated by price. All my hair grew back after 5 treatments. Then they start making up excuses. I feel the reviews on here are placed by friends of the owners because they don’t actually represent the real deal, customer experience or customer service that they provide. It lacks in many ways and is very disappointing to read some of this as people aren’t stupid. The service and quality is simply terrible and I know the owner will make up a nice excuse like they do for others to email in my story and how they will fix it. I’ve already discussed it at length a few times. Don’t take people for fools. Refund me for not getting any results and let me move on to a better clinic. I’ve had laser done elsewhere on another area of my body and it worked amazing. I rather even pay a bit more but get results. Shame on you people.

I strongly recommend this spa. I was provided the best advice for what I wanted to do and the result I expected. They have exceeded my expectations. The environment is clean and warm. Nayia has been great. Although my problem is small, she is always kind and patient. She shares tricks to make my skin look better and I appreciate that.

My experience with their laser hair removal was excellent. Their facilities are very clean. My treatments were done by Elizabeth and she was always extremely delightful, knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. The treatments worked wonders and were 100% effective at limiting my hair growth.

Great place, clean environment, professional and friendly staff. Highly recommend Naeomi for laser hair removal treatment. She is one of the best technician at Dermamode. She is friendly, positive, helpful, and meticulous during procedure, she ensures your satisfaction.
