I can't believe they have the audacity to use people's insecurities and problems (hair loss) to sell their phony overpriced products. This place will overcharge you for products who do next to nothing. Do not visit this place and do not buy any of their supplements or shampoos. This is a complete scam, do not waste your time and money here.

They're highly trained (and slightly retarded) scammers that feed on people's misery in vulnerable times. - They told me I'm balding because "seborrheic dermatitis" while I have a different pattern of hair loss. Well... they've failed to use the proper term actually, but "seborrheic dermatitis" matches the symptoms that they told I had. I have FPHL, which is very different. - They didn't need to do any kind of tests to diagnose me (blood, etc). As soon as they've put the microscope to my scalp, it was obvious for them I was loosing hair because of "clogged hair folicles". - They failed to explain how their treatement work. Kept repeating they will put stuff on my hair that will penetrate and nourrish it. You can't nourrish hair. The lenght of the hair is dead. You can find why the hair "root" become weak and fix it, but you can't nourrish the hair itself. - They told me to chop off my hair to shoulder lenghgt since the root of the hair is weak and can't hold it. Chopping off the hair will not make it stop falling, I think pretty much anyone who's dealing with hair loss already tried that. You really have to adress the root cause. I suspect they're doing a Japanese keratine treatement on your hair to make it smooth and silky to trick you into thinking it works and my waist long hair would consume too much of their product. During the treatment, they will put stuff on your hair and then wash it and dry it. I doubt a real clinik washes and blows out your hair... - They told the treatement is natural based on herbs & biotine Amongh the extensive list of herbs (really, which century we live in? 17 - 18?), biotine is the only ingredient that makes your hair grow. It's sold at Wallmart for $20. It definitelly does not cost $500 a month. - Told me to not brush my hair back, but to the side and that it's REALLY IMPORTANT to which side I brush my hair. My hair falls off when I don't even touch it, not sure what that brushing movement would change. Is it magical or something? I won't summon the devil if I brush my hair to the side, right? - The lady spoke to me like a principal that's giving a "talk" to a missbehaving student. She was rude at times and pushy. Tried to lead the conversation towards money multiple times. She was insisting to make me take an hour (and pay $100+) for the treatement that they have, so I would see the drastic change in my hair, because we have to act fast to prevent me from loosing all my hair. - The assistant spoke like she's reciting a text she had to memorise for school. She litterally suddently sat up strainght and started speaking louder than normal, sometimes looking up (like kids when they try to remember memorized stuff). - The assistant has a starting traction alopecia, the typical "too tight of a pony tail" hairloss. Isn't that weird for someone who works on a hairloss clinic. - They won't give you your file because they "don't want your head on the internet and the computer is secure". Any doctor will give you a copy of your results on demand. Scammers won't, because they don't want you to have proof against them. Doctors never talk to you about how secure is their computer. Their concern is to treat people, the computers are the concern of the IT guys. - When you call them to schedule the appointment, they say it's $55 + taxes for first consultation. When you ask them about the average the treatment costs, they say they can't estimate since the problems vary from person to person. When you ask how expensive it is, they say to you that the customers that they have really want to get their hair back so they will pay any kind of money for it. - They told they would perform a scalp biopsy. The "biopsy" was pulling out some hair of my head and looking at the root with the microscope. A real scalp biopsy is a chunk of scalp cut out of your head and taken to the lab. - They've struggled to find change for $100. I have about a kilo of coins now. I hope I've wasted $60 so other people will read this and keep their money for themselves. I should've had left without paying...

Merci beaucoup à Norgil Canada Montréal pour leur excellent service et les précieux conseils que Mme Briand m'a donné. Je suis vraiment très satisfaite des résultats obtenus. Mes cheveux sont magnifiques et je me sens enfin bien dans ma peau. Merci encore mille fois !!!! Je recommande Norgil à tout le monde !!! :-)

Après toutes ces années de recherches j'ai finalement trouvé un centre spécialisé sur la perte de cheveux. Au départ j'étais septique, mais après quelques traitements et les bons conseils de Mme Briand, j'ai enfin obtenu des résultats. J'ai beaucoup plus de cheveux et j'ai retrouvé confiance en moi. Merci beaucoup à Norgil Canada !
