After 9 laser sessions, no results at all. Some hairs became thiner but still the same density! There are no informed checkpoints where they are able to tell you whether it works or not. One day, one of them even asked me if I had a major stress in my life, which could have caused the 4th of 5th treatment not to show any change. Everything regrows after a few months. 2000 dollars wasted and the director just told me "sorry" at the end of all the treatments. I don't know how many person they told they were "not responsive to the treatment anymore", but this is a shame, because they could have told me before the end so that I could ask for refund.

Effective hair laser removal. Seeing amazing results after my 5th treatment. Doesnt even hurt with their new technology, it heats up and almost feels like a massage. Ive done arms and armpits, now im doing my half legs and Im totally sold! Great place Epiderma. Super friendly staff everytime I go, and professionnal. 👌🏼🤗 100%

Went to this clinic for a sclerotherapy procedure on 4 spider veins on my nose. The Doctor who made the procedure completely missed the biggest spider vein. It didn't take longer than 5 minutes. Paid $150. For this price, the Doctor could have taken a look again. Will have to redo this procedure shortly and clearly in a different clinic!!! Very disappointed.

After going in for a consultation and being told I was an excellent candidate for laser hair removal, I signed up for 6 treatments. I was given the impression that I would have great, long lasting results. By the end of the 6th treatment, I noticed significant difference, but no where near 100% gone! Still, I was happy to have some impact. Less then 6 months later, you would think I'd never gone in for hair removal in the first place! Total waste of money, will not ever go back for a treatment of any kind, and will not be recommending to anyone. It's a shame too because most of the staff was really sweet -- I wish I had something better to say.

the reason i signed with them after checking other clinics, however i had no idea since it was my first time, the girl in the clinic explained everything and she was nice and also said that after 6 sessions if the hair is not totally gone we offer 2 extra sessions free. which to be honest was the main reason i did the laser with them, so as i start it was going good, and then i had the first incident which when they give me an appointment, at the day of the appointment i get a call two hours early telling me that i missed my appointment which i did not because my appointment which i am 100% sure took place two hours later so she tells me that i need to pay 30$, it s ok i paid it, the main big issue here is when i m done with the 6 sessions and you go without shaving for 6 weeks then return to evaluate your treatment and see if you still need some sessions,... sadly i have some hair left so the director tells me i have to pay about 113$ for a session or two cant really recall however i told her that at the beginning the other lady told me you offer 2 free session in such cases she DENIES. and ask me to go some where else. or u just keep shaving, if i want to keep shaving i wouldn't have paid 1235$ for a bloody laser treatment. now i got with an other clinic which is STAR LASER so great 9 sessions to offer and they have amazing promotions.
