Been going there since 2016! Every time I moved and went to another salon, my hair was ruined or I paid a lot and didn't get what I wanted. Blunt always brought my hair back to life when I came back to them! I am a natural redhead so my texture and colour are very rare which does that so many hairstylists are clueless on how to cater to me. Blunt was able to make me blonde without damaging my hair to then bring me back to my beautiful natural red when I felt like having my real hair colour again. Unlike other salons, they don't cut too much hair, and you get what you want without spending the day at the salon. I love their blowouts too, they hold for several days to a week on me. I was so excited to try this salon… I got a fine haircut, it just wasn’t what I asked for. I booked one of the master stylists, and explained how excited I was to get a great cut after some traumatizing bad haircuts in the past. I explained what I wanted, they assured me of the steps they would take to make it happen, but they never completed the layering or feathering that was discussed. In addition, my hair stylist was rude about my hair texture, and attempted to claim that my hair took 2 hours, despite my appointment starting 30 minutes late and my leaving the salon less than an hour after sitting in the stylist’s chair. Stylist told reception to leave a note on my file to charge me more for future appointments. Between the cut not being what I requested and the poor customer service, I really had a horrible experience at this salon. It was incredibly disappointing.

I agree also with one of the comment someone made bellow that stuff members is very cold. I picked this salon because I thought will be worth high price they charge and their popularity but unfortunately I was incredibly disappointment. Because lady who was cutting my hair kept looking at her colleagues and rushing work so she could go on the break with them together. My haircut was finished before my husband had his hair cut done at other place?! Also it was suppose to be style after cut and I wouldn’t see any styling apart of drying and brushing. I was the most expensive, the shortest and the worst hair cut I ever have.

Beautiful salon and such professionalism! I get my hair done with Jessica and she’s absolutely fantastic. Every time she styles my hair it holds for days! She is professional and kind and knows what she’s doing. She’s the best!

The experience is so unique. People are so kind! Robin is the best! He did magic to my hair and he gives amazing advice for your hair!

I wish I could give more than five star to my hairstylist Magali because she deserve a 10 out of 5!! I would recommend her to everyone.
