Ordered a pizza at 6:30 it's now 8:10 and still no pizza. Husband called at 7:30 and asked about our food they said they don't have our order even though we got charged. Husband just left to go to the store so that we make sure we get our food. This is the 3rd time this has happened. Won't be eating with Pizza hut ever again.

I haven't had pizza hut in a while and now I remember why. The pizza was greasy and heavy, the breadsticks were greasy. The place was empty and the table felt sticky and kind of dirty. I went away disappointed and feeling a bit yucky

While the food was good here, and the server was very sweet, the restaurant was a MESS! There was pieces of food all over the floor and the dining room looked unclean. Added to that, each table seemed to have a different type of chair, the overall impression wasn't good. The place needs a serious cleaning and perhaps renovations to make it appealing.

Our server was very polite. She was quick and did good. HOWEVER.... trying to eat while you have 200 flys landing on your face, drink, food.... WOW! Each booth had a dozen flies... Nasty! We politely asked for our check after 3 minutes of fighting them off. Worst I have ever seen! Must handle that!

Won't be ordering from pizza hut after tonight this has happen to us more than once where it has been way pass the time of delivery well this time it was 40 to 50 min pass delivery and they only brought us half our order we sent it back and now have to wait for a refund. I should of learned my lesson the first time.
