#BURGERDEN Not worth the $$ No mushrooms on the vibe mushroom burger and a million onions. The chicken was like half of a portion. The poutine was decent. RIPPED OFF BY DENNYS, had i known they were Dennys i would have ordered else where.
The restaurant was very clean and I was seated promptly. The vegetables were slightly over cooked, but they were still delicious. My server Kamaljot has exceptional customer service skills. She is friendly, welcoming, and upbeat. Her recommendations were wonderful additions to my meal. I enjoyed my experience.Food: 4/5
Have been a Dennys fan for a long time, but that has changed now Dennys prince george used to have great service but the last couple time I have gone the service was horrible. I Was there 3 days ago and waited 1.5 hrs for food and when it arrived it was cold and a side of onion rings came with 6 onion rings Pretty discouragingFood: 1/5

EDIT: My only complaint is that the server, Jesse, will sit and eat with customers... This is highly unprofessional and incredibly awkward. Please stop... I really enjoyed the service here, especially having kamal as our waitress. She’s very nice and always comes to ask if it’s good or if we need anything else: makes conversation. I really enjoyed the service ! And meeting her! Lovely lady!Food: 5/5

The service here is absolute trash. Everytime I come here the service is extremely slow even if the restaurant is only 10% full. You have to wave down staff to get refills or get your bill. The staff are not very friendly either. Not once has the person that seats tables said hello or anytime of greeting when entering the restaurant. Pretty much all the staff ignore all customers. Prepare to wait atleast 45 minutes before getting your food and prepare to wait another 20 mins after your done eating to get your plates cleared or get tour bill. The restaurant is always less than 50% full yet there's tons of people waiting for tables. Just an extremely poorly run business with absolutely aweful customer service, that is consistently bad over the past 2 years I have been a customer here. Will no longer come here as it's not a one off, they have not improved in years.
Denny’s has always been mediocre but it seems there’s no sense of urgency to get guests taken care of and seated. There were so many booths cleared but just a lot of standing around, dilly dallying. Took us a while to get seated. Once we were though, the waitress was really nice.Food: 4/5
My wife passed away fairly recently and one of the things I've started doing is going out in the morning for breakfast. I take a book and read while having breakfast. Denny's is one of the restaurants that I've started going to. Service has been excellent. Two servers that I've had that were super were Harpreet and Angela. Each one was prompt, accurate in my order and attentive in ensuring my coffee level was ok and if there was anything else that I might need. They were respectful of my time and served without intruding. The supervisor, Asha, who was on each time I was there did stop to check if everything was ok with my breakfast -I appreciated that she did. She was very pleasant and appeared to exude self confidence and strong managerial abilities. My experiences at Denny's have been 100% and I will continue with a weekly breakfast there.
