The product quality @ Ristretto Coffee House is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time. I am completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. Amazing coffee, amazing staff, and amazing service inside a charming, cozy shop in the neighborhood. Staff is extremely helpful and welcoming .Its amazing , you can tell that a lot of love and care is put into every drop . Very clean coffee house and they are taking good care of handling the food. Sandwiches and pastries are very delicious , full of flavor and mouthwatering.
I have been looking for the perfect coffee shop in town and today I found it. When I walked in I was pleasantly greeted by the staff, the delicious smell of coffee and the perfect cozy atmosphere. I had a pumpkin americano made with their own house syrup, perfect for an autumn day, not too sweet with the perfect blend of spices. I also tried their vegan ginger cookie sandwich which was so delicious. They had some yummy sounding food on their menu too, vegan/veggie friendly if required so I will for sure be back soon! Very happy to have been introduced to this place and can not wait to return for the food, drinks and welcoming environment!
This cozy cafe has left a great impression on us. It’s the cutest little spot with amazing coffee and food. Their menu is seasonal and its pretty delicious. Loved the pumpkin spice lattes we had along with their signature sandwiches. The staff here makes you feel welcome and ensures you have an amazing experience. Do yourselves a favour and check this place out
Making the long drive west across BC, and then again east, we Had to return for the incredible breakfast sandwiches and delicious coffee And such friendly servers, great wifi and good music. Vegetarian options: Plenty to choose from
A gem of a coffee shop! Warmly greeted by friendly staff. Cozy ambiance and outstanding brews. Eco-friendly too! Highly recommend Ristretto Coffee House for coffee lovers! Food: 5/5
I love coming to Ristretto for their vegan options! They have an amazing vegan breakfast sandwich that's made with the most delicious focaccia bread I've ever tasted. Their vegan lunch sandwich is good as well! I really like the flavour. Their drinks are really good too!Food: 5/5
What a gem of a spot! It's a lovely coffee shop, and they sell their own roasted coffee in several varieties, both beans and ground. Everything about this place is fantastic - the food, the service, the ambience. The blueberry muffin is incredible and so luscious.Food: 5/5
Loved the amount of vegan options they had! Only of the only places in Prince George at that. The breakfast options were delicious, and they had multiple baked goods that were vegan as well. Reasonably priced: definitely recommend!Food: 5/5
The east Indian lady I'm east Indian myself so this review is not racist. I just don't know her name at the cash counter on Friday, October 20th, was the most rude and unprofessional person I have ever encountered in service industry. My Husband and I visited PG for a few days and stopped at this place for breakfast before I headed back to Vancouver. She took almost 15 mins to take the simplest order. Seemed like her mind was somewhere else. Had to repeat my order so many times because she was mixing up the to go items with dine in items. The vegan sandwiches, two mochas, a scone and a cinnamon bun about $50. The sandwiches we ordered came freezing cold. They were not grilled or toasted. Only gas station sandwiches come that cold. There was a huge queue so I could not ho back and ask for a replacement if I did, I'm sure she would refuse. I just ate half of my freezing cold sandwich with freezing cold veggies and went to the cash counter when the queue cleared to ask for a take out box. I told the lady that it was super cold. Instead of being courteous and aplogize she said in a very rude tone "if you have ever had sandwiches before, they all come cold. Sandwiches are meant to be cold. Why did not you ask us to toast it??" I told her it was my first time at this place so I did not know they do not toast or grill them and she never asked if I wanted it toasted. Its her job to ask how I wanted it when sge knows toasting is an option. It was not mentioned as an on the menu. I also told her this is not the first time I had a sandwich. Usually they are either room temprature or toasted unless its a gas station. I said thank you and left to my table. She came to our table and argued that sandwiches are supposed to be cold. Coming to my table only to reach me what sandwiches are, was uncalled for and very rude. I asked her what made her come back to me when we already finished the conversation at the counter. She said rudely "okay, forget it" and left. Instead of apologizing or offering a new sandwich, she invested time in an argument. Never going back to this place in my life. Worst employees. I do not recommend this cafe if you are looking for a place with courteous employees. Coffee was okay though.
I love this coffee spot; it's my favorite. The atmosphere is incredibly cozy, and the staff is exceptionally friendly and inviting. It's a solid 10/10!Food: 5/5
