My first experience with my family at Denny's did not go well but we returned a second time in hopes of a better experience. I ordered double berry banana pancakes during my second visit. Though they were not served with whip cream as I believe they are supposed to be, they did taste lovely and the portion was fair for the price. The service was atrocious to say the least. After speaking with the lovely, professional and caring manager Willem, I feel confident that the service will be more pleasant from now on. Because what happened with the server was not Denny's fault, I am giving this review the stars Denny deserves in my opinion of my second visit and definitely not what the server deserves. I look forward to eating at Denny's again
Had a Salted Caramel & Banana Cream Pancake and a Oreo milkshake.. pancakes were really sweet but tasted great. The milkshake is big enough to share, they give you extra. They even have me a free smoothie taster. Our server did everything to make us happy ! Would go back again.
We decided to have breakfast here this morning because it was attached to the hotel. The service was very poor for a busy Denny's establishment, & the staff needs training. The food was not up to par with their other establishments, with many options not available. Definitely a lot of wasted dishes with little presentation & individual orders not being served at one time.
Fantastic service, delicious food and great atmosphere. The salted caramel pancakes and egg white omelette were to DIE for Will definitely visit Denny's again!
It's always great going here, the food is always good, the service is always great, and you don't feel over crowded even when the place is packed.Food: 5/5
Good food, excellent service. Quick easy lunch spot. The chicken un tenders should be renamed chicken pre tenders - just a thought Denny's.
We had a lovely visit as we always do. We were lucky to have Greg as our server again. He has served us a few times before. He’s always pleasant, helpful, attentive, and engaging. He always makes our dinning experience that much more enjoyable. Our food was perfect and we enjoyed every bite.
Our server was very nice. The device in general was great. I was happy with what I ordered. The only drawback was that they did not have enough staff for the size of restaurant they have in St John's. I will go back as they have reasonably priced good tasting food. Parking: Good parking
Waited for 5 mins, not bad comparing it to other restaurants. Food was excellent. Service was quick and very nice, had an awesome server named Alisha. Price was good. Overall a pleasant experience. Would recommend to everyone if you are looking to have breakfast outside. Vegetarian options: They had a few veggie options in their menu. Kid-friendliness: I have seen a lot of baby chairs at dennys before and kids love to come here.
We had a very pleasant visit. Our server Alisha was very polite to us and checked on us multiple times so see if the food was up to standards and if we needed more drinks or any condiments. The food was also very quickly made and was very good and filling. Cant wait for our next visitFood: 5/5
