Today was the first time at this establishment. I will be back again and recommend this place to everyone. Singles, couples, friends and family all would have a wonderful experience. The server we had went above and beyond. Was so kind helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to show he understood my question and did more than enough to accommodate my dietary needs. Jimmy was the name of our server and my husband and I will be asking for him next time. Also the manager Mel was so sweet and kind. Once again this is now my top place to eat in the st. John's area. Thank you.
Ordered the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich. It was tasty! A little on the milder side, so it's not too spicy. The service was good, and the staff were friendly.
Karle was an awesome server. She helped make our order more enjoyable & always came back to our table to make sure things were going smooth and if we needed anything else. Food: 5/5
Went there for a casual dinner and had the buffalo cauliflower bites and broccoli and cheddar soup for appetizers and we both had bbq bourbon burgers with onion rings and split a tray of wings. Server was fantastic and very attentive. We also tried the strawberry rhubarb lemonade, it was kinda strange with a cinnamon flavor. Overall, very good meal, will go again.
The place was clean, very nice looking inside. It took forever to get our order taken, then it took twice as long to get the food. We didn't get checked on as often as needed for refills etc. The food itself was delicious though the portion sizes are shameful. The chicken fingers were tiny. Too expensive too be that small. There's no excuse for it. We will never return based on the experience. Oh, we were given a 1.99 discount for our frustration. That was a slap in the face after such a long wait for everything. About 20 minutes to order, 45 minutes to get the food, and another 30 to get dessert.
Always great tasting food, especially the funnel fries dessert. Wonderful staff and tonight we were lucky to have Brittney AKA Jimmy's better half.. lol as our server who didn't disappoint! Would highly recommend to family & friends!
We just ate at Kelsey's on Kenmount Rd this evening. Our servers were Carissa and Brittney. Their knowledge of the menu was very extensive and we love the recommendations. They were so prompt and made sure we had everything we needed. They were courteous friendly and so nice to talk to. We watched how they treated customers with such respect ensuring that they always had everything they needed. These ladies definitely go above and beyond with their service. We will definitely be back again and it's because of their amazing service. Thank you ladies for making Carolyn and Susan's Birthday the best ever! Give then a raise!!!!
I hate to leave a bad review. I try to look for the best in any situation. We walked in around 8:00, a few hours before closing. It was just two of us and there were only a few tables occupied. We were quickly told "sorry we're short staffed tonight and are not doing any more dine-in orders". They followed up with something about possibly doing takeout but that it might be better to go somewhere else. I understand staff shortages, I just think they should have put a sign on the door or simply locked the door. Very strange experience for a Tuesday night at 8pm. My first and last time at this location unfortunately.
Burger and fried chicken were awesome Chicken were halal Great interior Recommended. Tried the fried salmon, was good.
Amazing food with amazing service Must try restaurant.
