The restaurant was packed. Seemed that the staff didn't have enough support for the amount of customers. Multiple customers were angry. And the staff handled it to the best of their ability. Got us seated fairly quick. Our breakfast was good for the price we paid. And we were in and out and on our way. Making room for the next guest to be seated.
Tell me your in the US without saying so? Denny's Lumberjack plate! It's been over 11 years since I last ate, and living overseas, I completely forgot the serving size of this thing! Needless to say, I could not finish. Service was good.
UPDATE 11/17/22 after posting this review I was impressed how quickly the manager reached out to make the situation right. While I wasn’t looking for freebies I was pleased at the offer to send me 4 cards for a free meal in the future. Pretty nice, huh? Only I didn’t receive that, I received 2 cards. Went back to read the email & confirm there should have been 4. I responded to the manager stating there was an error. I heard nothing. I’m pretty happy with the 2 cards, so it’s not a situation where I’m trying to be greedy. Had the manager said 2 I would’ve been appreciative. My point is, first the food sucked & then the attempt to make it better wasn’t followed through specifically; which lends me to believe it’s not just a one time thing that things don’t go right from this Denny’s. First bad food, then bad follow through. So if you decide to go & end up having a poor experience, don’t expect a great follow through on their word either…or, you can choose to go elsewhere & get the experience you want. Good food & no need for follow through. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Ordered chicken strips for my daughter through Doordash. When it arrived the chicken strips had been so over cooked they were a deep dark brown and were tough to eat. She had to pick off the dry outer layer to eat the chicken inside but it was so over cooked it was like beef jerky. Had we been in the restaurant it would have been sent back immediately. Doordash has its benefits but when something like this happens there’s pretty much no point in trying to correct it. Between Denny’s and DoorDash it’s difficult to resolve. Have tried in the past when items were missing and Denny’s tells us to contact Doordash since it was through them but call DoorDash & there isn’t anything they can do, they said, the driver was already on other deliveries. It was sh*tshow so didn’t bother trying.I knew this going in so I’ll take the loss; however, maybe this will help others make a decision when ordering food from Dennys, especially if through Doordash. Food quality mediocre at best.
Delicious food and great service, first time being to this Denny's location and I don't regret it. Miriam B. was the waitress for my friend and I, highest quality service and great communication. For most of our stay it was just her and the chef working and she showed her effort to meet everyone's needs in a timely respectful manner.
My son and I needed to get out. It probably one of the worst service we had ever had. I mean our waitress was fine but we were sitting There for over 30 min we really wanted to move and get a quieter booth so we asked if we could move. The waitress said she had just started working there so she asked the manager. The manager totally ignored us and told her no that we could not move. We were hungry and going through some personal stuff. We decided we were not important to them and just left and found somewhere else to eat. Did not feel good. I will not go there again!
It was a late stop, single waitress and she the biggest sweetheart and even the cook came out to help which was wonderful to be able to say thank you to him. It was a fantastic crew that night and hope the manager recognize the staff they have.Service: 5/5

Older typical Denny's restaurant, all of the help were older seniors who were tolerant of our large group but not overly friendly. Food was very good. Prices have increased a lot recently and our bill was almost $100.Food: 4/5
Went there at around 8:30 Pm at a Saturday night, the steak and chicken tenders tasted awfully .The French fries were bitter. Looks like they just microwaved precooked food instead of preparing it fresh. Do not recommend this place. Left our food on the table uneaten and left.
Food was hot and tasty- general manager was great- very helpful! Service was great! Great prices. Clean restrooms and restaurant! New baked Mac and cheese and hot fresh lasagna!
