After a morning walk on downtown Everett on December 31st, we decided to stop here for breakfast. The lady was very nice and helpful. It's a nice little diner with great food and great service. We ordered some pancakes, bacon and hashbrowns. They were all delicious!! And the coffee was one of the best we've had. Definitely recommend!
Very cute, super clean, food was just right, its been 4 hours and I’m still full! Love the cook and waitstaff! If you don’t go your missing out!
Man, they make a mean Roast Beef French dip. Perfect balance of salt and garlicky meat with au jus on a soft toasted bun, served with fresh hand cut fries. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing. A little place that provides a fabulous home cooked meal. Mike is the happiest guy. We were recently there and his waiter had to leave not well. His regulars picked up the slack and started serving and helping out. Fabulous stop and a great way to start our day. The best! Way to go Mike!!!
When my family was rudely turned away at the cafe next door, we were made to feel so welcomed at the Colby Diner. The customer service was amazing. The food is fresh , no frozen meat. I highly recommend the Colby Diner.
Don't let the simplicity fool you! The food was great especially the deluxe cheeseburger and the banana bread tasted absolutely delicious, soft and moist and tasty just like it should be. I can't resist coming back!
Very nice couple that runs this diner. I had the reuben and my daughter had the French dip. Both were amazing as were the fries! Will definitely be back again. Highly recommend the reuben!
