I went to this store about two weeks ago and thought the store was very cute and had great prices for the brands that they have. i ended up going back about a week ago and bought a really cute sweat suit. It had gems going down one leg and a gem crown on the back of it. I had talked to the ower when i was in there to make sure the the gem will stay on and how much it would shrink and she told me just dont put in the dryer and i should be fine. well i went and washed my sweater and about 10 gems fell off the crown and i washed it by it self in cold water on a gental cycle. so i went back the next day to talk to the owner. hoping to exchange it for a new one since it was not even a week old. she told me that she could not do an exchange on it because she would lose money on it and would just have to throw it in the trash but since i still had the gem she would glue them on for me and if i was missing some she has extras in her till whihc i found kinda odd since they were suppost to stay on. i told her no because i had just bought the suit not even a week ago spent $60 on it. i really dont think the gems should be falling off that fast i have gotten shirts from stiches with gem that have lasted me longer. so i ended up leaving the store with a sweat suit with the gems still falling off of it because she told me there was nothting else that she could do for me because she would be out money but now im out money and with a sweat suit thats falling a part. which i think is rediculas. i understand that she is a small business but it was not even a week old and i washed it once. i will never shop at this store again. im to worried that if i buy anything else in the store with gems on it they are just going to fall offmost or all her pants have gems on them which is dissapointing cuz i did really like the store and i had told all my friends to go there but she has lost there business as well.

I'm not sure what the lady under me wrote, its just a one time thing, no need to go crazy about it.Its here fault for washing wrong. This store is wonderful and i tell many of my friends wife's to go, and they love it. There clothes are not any knock offs and they sell them pretty good price. i advise people to shop here more often. Sent by Google™, on Ipad.
