The Delta Hotel Waterfront was Amazing! The room we were in was big with two Queen Beds and a TV. The windows lead to an astonishing view of the waterfront and the pier. The coupon for food allowed us to eat so much. The staff here was also very helpful and friendly. Overall, a great hotel to come to in Kingston.
Absolutely wonderful stay! The service desk was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were beautiful and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The waterfront view was so peaceful. It was the perfect place to take my partner and show them the town! Very conveniently located to my favourite parts of the town. Definitely would stay again!!
Fabulous hotel. Great people work here. The staff is brilliant. So sweet, so kind, so available! I’ve never seen such great hospitality in Canada. The location is brilliant too. I had some problems with my train timing and they made sure to allow me a slightly late check out which was so nice.nOnly hope to find more gluten free food on the menu in the future but it wasn’t a dealbreaker because there was a GREAT gluten free restaurant in the same building called Dianne’s which was also fabulous
We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The parking attendant, front desk staff, restaurant staff, and housekeeping all amazing. The rooms are clean and freshly renovated. The view of the lake amazing, the food at the restaurant was good, well priced and huge. We would definitely stay at this hotel again. The location is amazing, don’t even think of staying somewhere else, highly recommend
My boyfriend and I stayed here for 2 nights and I am very pleased with this hotel. The rooms were very clean and our room had a beautiful view of the harbor. The service we received was outstanding from start to finish. The staff here are very pleasant to deal with. We will definitely be back here the next time we are in Kingston.
