Amazing hotel and even more amazing staff. The staff are the highlight in my opinion. Helpful attentive and knowledgeable all around. Polite professional and clear easy to understand personalities. Great views of the water and steps away, too! Walking distance in the heart of downtown Kingston. Recommended. Dog friendly, although you need to inquire and arrange ahead of time.
The location was ideal. The rooms were exactly what we expected. Loved the walking trail along the water. I was surprised that the reception staff didn't speak French. Luckily we were able to translate for the couple in front of us. Shout out to the parking guy. He was so friendly, smilly and informative.
Great experience at this hotel for the price. We had a waterfront room. The room was clean and fairly updated. It had everything we could want. Loved the lobby bar, coffee area and restaurant. Staff very friendly. Gave us 2 waters for our trip home. Definitely recommend staying here.
The hotel is located right on the water you can't get any close, and it is within walking distance to all the restaurants and everything else you need. The rooms are clean and have everything you would expect from a hotel and they all have great water views. As for the service they have all been very helpful and nice. Always a hello and have a great day
Loved the location of the hotel. The staff were amazing, really accommodating and friendly. The rooms are a bit dated but very clean and comfortable, and the beautiful location more than made up for this.
