Fusion Wrap

I was at Fusion wraps today & firstly the place was so so cold because the server refused to close the doors stating they are losing customers if they close door which is weird. There was absolute zero heating. We ordered a chicken shawarma & chicken quesadillas which were average. The place was very dirty and looked like no one bothered to clean it. Staff was unfriendly and were least bothered about the paying customers. Highly disappointing!!!

I loved this place. I had a chicken burrito spicy and it was delicious. They have a great selection of tacos burritos qasadias starters and wraps. I found the ingredients to be fresh and the prices were fair. Although the service was slow because the place was busy the server was polite and very nice. If ever Im in Niagara Falls again this is a place where I'll be eating again.

Had lunch here while staying for the weekend. My daughter enjoyed her chicken burrito so much that we ended up back on our way out of town. Staff was very friendly. Will definitely be back!

Chicken wrap didn’t feel chicken fresh, aloo tiki some what okay, average taco Liked cardamon tea

Really filthy place and low quality food with strange spices. They were cleaning dining tables with a broom. Order shawarma platter but taste nothing like it. Don’t waste your hard earned money here. I don’t even want to give even one star for it.

If you are looking for a place to eat in the touristy Clifton Hills area, this is a good choice. It is just a few dozen meters away from the major tourist traffic areas, so a bit of relief from the hustle and noise. Food is above average for a fast food shawarma place, we enjoyed a chicken shawarma wrap, fish and chips and some samosas. Good portion sizes, and good value in the middle of a tourist hot spot. Biggest complaint would be the slow service, we were lucky as the place was empty when we arrived, but it still took us about 15 minutes to get our fast food. I noticed a few other families showed up behind me just after I ordered my food, and they were still waiting for their food even after we finished eating. So avoid if you see any kind of line here.

Best halal option in niagara falls. I never know. Love chicken shawarma, thier goal guppa food extremely good. Really want to enjoy good food this is place is the best.

2 staff members behind the counter, no acknowledgement to customers waiting for service. Waited 5 minutes and decided to walk a few minutes more to find another shawarma place, where I can say the service and food was fantastic. If the staff couldn't handle 5 people in the shop on a fairly slow day, hiring qualified staff should be a priority because your business will suffer when Clifton Hill is packed.

Classic chicken shawarma tastes good!

Just spend 80 dollars for nothing. I had one bite of veg burrito and left the whole because it was tasteless. And other food is same - tasteless. That one star above is for samosa.
