I get pick up from here as often as I can, their rice has lentils in it, making it my fav in the region. Beef plate, chicken plate or mix plate is a huge portion for $15, one of the less expensive in the area. Garlic sauce is delicious, falafel is tasty and service always friendly. The food is excellent here. But one staff Pihu. She has so much attitude looks like not happy to serve the customer. when customer is on the store, very rudely she behaved. The other staff is really good. Just an advice if you are working stay happy and serve positively its the job not a burden.

It was my second time going there and the first time bringing family over. I was excited for my family to try the food; however, I left the place very dissatisfied with the customer service, and not because the servers were unfriendly but because the bathrooms were disgusting. I have two little children and one of them told me he needed to go #2. Because you cannot wait with kids, I went to the bathroom and I was so disgusted by the lack of cleaning that I said to my son “if you cannot hold it is okay to go in the dipper” THAT’S HOW GROSS THE PLACE WAS, and I am not picky at all. I liked the food but I will not put a foot inside anymore because they don’t value customers. Id the bathrooms look that way, I could not imagine how the inside kitchen or the food handling is like . MANAGEMENT!!! Clean your place!!

The best of this place is their food, specially the shawarma wraps. Simply delicious in my opinion. Good size wraps, that will let you satisfied. Almost a little too big for in my wife's opinion. The environment is fine and the service a bit better than the average. Most of the times we just take the food home or to a nearby park. It's not too close to home but it worth the drive.

Very enjoyable Food was amazing the beef is incredible there falafel is the best iv ever had hands down. You can see them cook the meats the smell is so good.

Best shawarma ever. We ordered one Chicken plate and one beef plate, bill was $20. Amazing quantity. The owner feeds you with love and treats you like family. My son loved the food. Highly recommended.

We ordered a bit of everything from the menu and it was fresh. The service was great and the portion size was plentiful. The beef that they serve is donair, not shawarma. The seasoning is not true Middle-Eastern it tasted more Asian.

Food was very good, they did not put as much veggies as I'd liked them too. Place also needs a bit of a clean. Better to take out. I would definitely eat here again next time I'm in Niagara.

Tried to go there around 8:30 tonight when it says it open till 9:30, but the person working the counter decided they were done for they day and decided to just close at 8:30. Didn't get any food, either put 8:30 as your close time online, or get competent workers who can work the posted hours.
