Rick DeClute and his team went far and beyond the call of duty to help me and my family purchase the perfect home. Devin Breen and Patricia Doyle along with the others in his office were excellent at providing us the highest level of customer service I have ever experienced on the buy side. To put it simply other agents were not able to negotiate effectively to help us purchase the home we wanted. Until I finally contacted my brother Jim who referred me directly to Rick. I recall the Sunday we spent together as Rick went back and forth between my wife and I and the sellers until we finally met a price that we felt was fair. On top of this all Rick also referred me to one of the best if not the best agent in Oakville to help us sell our previous home with Joette Michelle Fielding. It's good to see that these top agents work together to help people achieve their dreams of perfect home ownership. Thank you Rick DeClute and everyone on your team. We wouldn't have been able to make this dream come true without your professional services.

We have bought a home and sold a home in the Upper Beaches area with the help of Adrienne Kassen. Adrienne is one of the most professional, personable and knowledgable realtors I've had the pleasure of working with. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in Toronto.

Kate Craig is an absolutely 5 star realtor. We would have no hesitation in working with Kate again or in recommending her to our friends and family. As first time home buyers, and in such an overwhelming marketplace, Kate hit the perfect balance between being there with us in every step, while also providing the space and confidence to reach our own decisions. Kate was consistently fantastic during all aspects of the buying process. She was patient while we jumped around on prices and areas (we never felt pressured to make a decision or a bid), she helped us recognize the potential in options we had naively ruled out and was a killer negotiator on the night of our offer (Kate's experience and strength saved us $25K in not caving to the seller's demands). Even after our offer had been accepted, Kate stayed with us through the close to make sure everything went well. Kate continues to be a helpful and dependable resource for our new area. We feel very lucky to have found her and would recommend Kate highly. Finally, in addition to her professional experience and acumen, Kate is also a lovely person to work with.

Kate helped us with the sale of our former house and purchase of our new house.  Kate is professional, knowledgeable, dedicated, and trustworthy.  

When purchasing our current house, Kate guided us and appropriately advised us on the market conditions and we were successful in purchasing a house that we love at a fair market price.  

When listing our former house for sale with Kate, she far exceeded expectations by bringing in her colleagues/associates to assist with the preparation of our home to fully demonstrate the attributes of the house.  Kate thoroughly explained her recommendations for the listing price considering all relevant market conditions, among other details such as listing date, open houses, offer date, etc.  She gave us the confidence that the process would ultimately lead to presenting our home in the best possible way to fully expose it to the most interested and qualified buyers.  The marketing of our house was top-notch and professional - virtual tour, brochures, agents' open house and ultimately we are extremely satisfied with the result.  

We commend Kate and DeClute for the tremendous effort and superior results.

Adrienne Kassen acted as my real estate agent in purchasing my first home. At the time she was not known to me but came highly recommended by a family friend. She was professional and exceptionally hard working. I had some unique and very specific requirements in searching for the perfect home for me, and was deeply impressed at Adrienne's ability to deliver. She sincerely took in to account all of my requests and in her persistence, was able to fulfill all of my expectations. I in turn have recommended her with complete confidence to two additional friends and  another family member (all of whom also purchased their first homes with Adrienne and thanked me for recommending her). As my family has grown, it is without question that I will be entrusting the sale of my current house and purchase of our next home with Adrienne.
