Flat gravel pathway - beautiful place for a walk. Limited space in parking lots but lots of street parking in surrounding residential neighbourhoods. Crowded, and many many fast bikes.
Quiet place w/ small marina. Launch ramp is not for public use.
The nicest place to go for a walk. There is always wildlife to see, from eagles and hawks to bears and otters, it's never the same walk twice.
Great spot to observe wildlife & take in the fresh air.
I really like this place. My wife and I come here regularly. She likes to watch the ducks and geese float by on the waterways, and I love the way the setting sun dances upon the distant peaks. One star off for the lack of proper parking facilities.
Great dike trail for biking, bird watching, walking, running. The views here are incredible from sunrise to sunset. Be aware of black bears in this area as they are common especially in the early morning and late evening. The trail on the north side of the slough is more rocky and unpaved, but the views are spectacular once you reach Pitt River.
