Went into the flower shop at approximately 12:00pm noon on Saturday. My young son and I were looking for a flower bouquet for my Aunt’s 70th birthday. The lady who served us was very knowledgeable about flowers and plants. She didn’t mind my 6-year-old boy asking lots of questions. She was friendly and efficient. She listened to my desire for a bouquet with a variety of long-lasting pink flowers. And my son wanted to include a couple roses. She was careful to respect the budget that I set as well. I was very happy with the beautiful result. You could tell that the flowers were very fresh and well cared for. I will definitely be back for future occasions. I think my Aunt was very surprised and pleased with her birthday bouquet. Pictures attached!
These flowers were $145 … the arrangement was truly disappointing. I’m not too sure if you can even call this an “arrangement,” it looked rushed, uninspired, and lazy. The flowers themselves were not fresh: the roses fell flat and the petals were scuffed and scratched. It was simply not handled with care. These flowers were ordered online, and I understand that the image online is used an inspiration/idea, but I can’t justify how these flowers amount to $145. I reached out to explain my dissatisfaction and the customer service was condescending and unhelpful.
The flowers for my sisters funeral were the most exquisite flower arrangements I have ever seen. My family and I love flowers and these arrangements went above and beyond our expectations. Grace brought comfort through beauty. Thank you so much.
My family and I cannot thank Grace enough for the stunning flower arrangements she designed and delivered for us. Funeral flowers are never easy to choose, but even in lockdown she was attentive and caring. She does some beautiful work.
Grace and Carolyn both helped me with my floral arrangements and decor for my wedding day!!!!! They were incredibly professional, kind, accommodating, caring, and attentive to every detail. I honestly could not be anymore happy with how everything turned out!!!! They worked so hard to make sure that our vision and day turned out perfectly!!!! Thank you so much! Dutchman Florist will always be my number one go to florist! Grace the owner is an extremely genuine, humble and kind individual. She will always go out of her way for customers and continues to treat her customers with the uttermost respect. And of course, her wonderful team does the same! Not only will she go out of her way for customers, but if she is unable to provide something you are looking for, she will give you wonderful and helpful options/alternatives. Thank you for making my wedding and baby shower so wonder! Although I no longer live in Stoney Creek, I will make sure to always make the commute out to Grace to ensure I get all my floral arrangements from her.
We went to Grace at Dutchman Florist to assist us with choosing our wedding flowers Grace helped us pick exactly what we needed and the costs were way less than anything else we looked into. Grace made sure our order was ready on time and packaged safely for the ride to the hotel where we were staying the night before our wedding. Our flowers were gorgeous and I received many compliments on them.
Wanted to use a place in the community of my relatives. As OCD as I am, they were awesome! I called many times for details and the staff was always accommodating and polite.
