Got the oat milk latte and sourdough coffee cake. $4.75 for the coffee cake and about $5 for the oat milk latte. Both were great! Nice patio seating outside as well people working there are super friendly. Great bread selection and will be back to try their loafs. Definitely recommend!
Very good and tasty sourdough loafs. Relatively expensive compared to other bakers such as BlackBird or Cobs that have similar products. Also they don't offer sliced or slicing which is annoying especially for pan loafs.
What a cute bakery! So many beautiful, fresh varieties of bread and tons of other quality food items perfect for charcuterie. The chocolate chip sourdough cookie was delicious, too. Love everything about this shop, including the lovely staff.
Cute shop for a variety of loaves, pastries, and other cooking ingredients. Their loaves are light and airy, and starter is not as sour / sharp, prices a bit higher than other places outside the area.
So excited for dear grain to open in toronto! Have been ordering their bread online for months. The bread is so fresh and flavourful! It’s hard to choose just one loaf! They also have sourdough pastries, babka and amazing coffee. Love the playful pink coffee machine.
Lovely spot for great breads. Had the cocoa tea bread with tahini butter. It was delicious. Tried their feature bread which did not look appealing but was told the flavours would win me over. It did!! Purchased one of their fermented breads and was not disappointed. We will be back.
So happy to have a place in the neighborhood to get a coffee, incredible bread, a sandwich or a pastry the sour dough cookie is insane, AND get cute things for entertaining or quickly picking up the perfect hostess gifts for when we go to friends' places - The vibe is just overall great and everything they sell is really unique and cute - love it.
Visited Dear Grain for the first time and I think I'm in love! It's a perfect neighbourhood bakery & café. We got an Americano and a Cappuccino, both creamy. The Savoury Brioche makes for a delicious breakfast - the egg was nice and yolky and paired nicely with ham and mustard. The Classic Country Loaf is one of the best sourdoughs I've had in a while. It had a nice crunchy crust and the inside was perfctly moist. The staff were all warm, friendly and efficient. I've already got my eye on a few yummy treats for my next visit. This will definitely be a go-to bakery of mine from now on!
Beautiful space, and extremely delicious sourdough loaf! Highly recommend the fig and parmesan.
Having frequented the Detour location in Dundas Village, I was so excited to see Dear Grain opening on Ossington! Not only is their sourdough amazing, but they also serve amazing coffee and treats. Welcome to the neighborhood! Please bring over the sourdough donuts from the Dundas Village location
