Recently leased a 2020 GMC Terrain SLT from Dean Myers. Out of the all dealerships I visited during my search this was by far the most comfortable experience. I was lucky enough to meet and deal with product specialist/trainer Joe Stellato. This was my first time leasing a car and Joe was extremely knowledgeable and patient going over all the different options that would suit my needs. I highly suggest asking for Mr. Stellato if you’re need of a new car. Also, special thanks to Derek Bird in Finance and Insurance, very professional. Thanks for everything! Love the car! Zak O’Regan
-1 stars Bought a new brand new car here with a bunch on problems. From scratches on the outside to the interior all stained and tire issues. The dealer went beck on his word. Booked an appoint to do some touch ups and the guy that sold me the car went on vacation without a write up on what was supposed to be done on the car. Luckily they believed me because I have little km in the car. When I got the car back there was even more scratches and all of the other ones weren’t fixed. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. they’re all manipulators. Update: today was raining and the wipers were put on backwards. Had to back and deal with them again...
This is my second car with Dean Myers. I am very happy with the purchase of my new 2017 Chevy Sonic. As always Haywood Henry was great. He went above an beyond regular customer service to see that I was happy with my purchase as my first choice was not available and I was extremely disappointed. Then Lori Ann Thomas was just as great. She was extremely professional and polite. This was made extremely apparent when another sales person was rude to me. She apologized multiple times for his behavior and continued to ensure I was comfortable during the remainder of our meeting to finalize my sale. Unfortunately, because of this incident I will continue to get service elsewhere as Joe reminded me of why I do not come to dean myers for service. As a customer in the middle of signing papers to finalize a purchase of a new car, I shouldn't be told "that's a great topic you're discussing however could you hurry it up". I will definitely get another car from Haywood and hopefully I have the pleasure of finalizing the deal with Lori. However I will not come there for anything else. On a final note, the staff that greet you when you come in are also amazing. They are friendly and make sure you are taken care of right away. I would also like to say thank you to the gentlemen that helped Haywood pack the Pasta that I won in the contest. Well I'm happy and frustrated with my purchase experience with Dean Myers, however luckily Haywood and Lori did such a great job I know where I will get my next car.
My experience with Dean Myers as of 2017 has been exceptional. Joe has been my go to person and he has been priceless! I have been treated like family and it has been a great experience. There were many who assisted me through the process of selecting my car but, I truly want to recognize Joe and Lori for providing their expertise and their exceptional knowledge. Joe has been extremely helpful and managed to make me feel confident about my selection and about my car. If I need any assistance I know that he will listen and assist and Lori the same.Thank you Joe! and Thank you Lori!
We are very pleased with Dean Myers. Product Specialist Andrew Lopes was exceptional to work with, finding the exact vehicle we wanted at a price that worked. Very nice guy to deal with. We also encountered Andrew's sales partner, Derek Butler, plus manager Angelo C., Derek Bird in finance and the team of smiling receptionists. All were friendly and professional. Minor issues on delivery were promptly & painlessly addressed by the team. We would happily recommend Dean Myers for your next vehicle!
From the moment I walked in to the showroom, I felt certain I would be well treated and I was. Derek Butler was courteous, respectful and friendly. His knowledge made it much easier for me being a first time buyer. I said before I left home that I wasn't buying the first car I looked at. With the information I gave Mr. Butler he lead me to one of the two cars I had thought of getting without him knowing that. His help before and after the sale showed his commitment to seeing that I got what I wanted. The whole staff I encountered on Dec. 28/18 were wonderful to deal with. I used to hate the service here but recently they've gotten a lot better. There's a new girl at the service counter and the advisor we spoke with Jack I think? was very pleasant, courteous and informative. The service itself was a little long about an hour or so for just an oil change but we asked and were informed ahead of time as such. The customer lounge was comfortable with individual leather curved back seats to relax in and a few coffee tables. There's usually coffee and cookies here, and the coffee is actually not bad at all. They also have their own kitchen but it was closed today and to be honest the prices are a bit high. Overall I'm satisfied with the service here. Customer engagement is really important, along with honesty. And I see that they are taking it more seriously - which is a positive change from some of my experiences a few years ago. Keep it up!
Overall highly satisfied with the experience at the dealership due to the sales person Derek Butler; the super friendly, honest and hard working individual that first let me test drive and ultimately purchase a brand new Chevrolet Cruz. It was a fairly smooth process and he went above his way to ensure I had the best financing plan to take advantage of the huge discounts available at the time. I am above impressed with my Chevrolet Cruz and all of the exclusive features that come standard. Buying Chevrolet was a great choice that has the biggest bang for the buck! Huge fuel savings too! I fill up once a week, which is something I've never experienced first hand. Awesome service, awesome price and awesome car. How could you go wrong? Oh, and remember to ask for Derek with visiting. He will get you the best deal, he's a genuine guy, and you'll walk away happy with a set a keys in your hand to your new GM vehicle.
What a great car -- what a great experience with my purchase at Dean Myers! It also helps to deal with experienced and honest people. Because that's what it took in getting me the lowest in financing to put me in the car that I wanted. Deeply appreciate the go-beyond effort by Mr. Henry who worked hard in all areas to make this deal happen so quickly and smoothly. Just wanted to thank the team at Dean Myers for the exceptional service my wife and I just received, especially from Joe Stellato who took the time to explain Leasing vs Financing and who spent hours patiently explaining pros and cons of different vehicles and options. We were able to find exactly what we wanted and more in a vehicle and a plan that fit our budget. I highly recommend this dealership and its knowledgeable staff!
