This week I purchased a Honda Accord from Ali owner of Save on Auto Inc. I am very pleased with my experience there and this car is in impeccable condition for an 09 and runs great! I want to personally thank Ali and his staff for a great experience, and I will be proud to recommend his shop to all my co-workers since I also have deep connections in the auto industry, since I am in the auto industry. there is no doubt the good word will spread. I couldn't have asked for more knowledgable experts to help me pick my new vehicle. Ali, and his manager Kevin, are nothing short of honest and reliable and took in all the factors I was considering when getting a new car. They are never hesitant to answer any questions, and are always available for you when you need their help. My BMW 335xi has been one of the best cars I have ever driven, and has given me 0 problems. I was never a passionate driver until I got this car. If they don't have the car you are looking for in stock, be sure to ask them and they will do their best to find it for you. You won't be treated like a customer here, you will be treated like family.

Avoid at all costs! Salesmen will say anything to sell you car. The salesman told me he was 99% sure the car would pass the safety test. So, I took two hours and drove it home to get it safetied by my own mechanic. Upon inspection, the car failed and needed about 2500$ in repairs to pass. Salesman did not inform me that the A/C was broken, that the spare tires was missing, and that the transmission had issues. If you are to buy a car here, get your own mechanic to do the safety test! DO NOT let them do it.

Bought an 07 Infiniti G35x from these guys, they did not tell me that 1. A/C was not working 2. That the spare tire was missing along with the tools for replacing the spare tire. The owner also said that he vouched for the car because he 'personally' maintained it, since it was a relatives car. The car looked like it never had its air filter changed, used the cheapest brakes available, and you can tell the oil used for the engine was the cheapest you can get. The dealer probably has a deal with who ever safetied the car. Because it should not have passed the safety since my right tie rod was gone and spare tire was missing and I only found that out when i brought my car to infiniti to replace my wheel bearing because it was already gone after a months use, and I also asked my brother in law as well about if my car would pass the safety and he said no as well. Ive had to replace 2 tie rods, all the breaks, and axle. The free 'warranty' means nothing for your car. Wouldn't come again to this dealer, as my first car buying experience was terrible with these guys.

Service wise this place is the Ritz-Carlton of auto shops. To make a long story short, I had a issue with my car and did not know where to go. A friend appointed me towards this shops, which I will be forever grateful for. The car was serviced within a few hours and for a very fair price. The service was so great, I left feeling like a celebrity.

Had a pleasure dealing with the manager himself Ali. He went an extra mile and fixed even the tiny dings and scratches. Also added a GPS to the van. Bought a 2010 Grand Caravan 102km, been using it since over a year now without any issues. Drives like a new car. Would certainly buy again from Ali.

Went to look at a car on the weekend which was listed as mint condition and spotless. Upon arrival I found the car which had chrome stripping peeling off, the interior of the car as shown in the pictures is nothing like the GOLD interior the car actually had. Was very mislead by this ad and made a 1.5 hour drive for nothing!!!!

Who ever helped me today told me to effoff and don't waste his time when I asked to take a look at one of their beat up old Mercedes. I intended to give 0 stars but it's not available on Google's review system. The dealership looks filthy and the sales rep is just unbelievably rude and disgusting. What a dirty and unethical way of doing business.

Been going to this dealer for 5 years now and have never had a bad experience, they are very helpful and have no problem negotiating with the customers. I got my car checked out there and drove 3500 KM to Calgary with no problems.
