I have no words to express my gratitude to these two excellent women Margarita and Maria. They made it very easy for me to find an amazing first car, when i had no hope. Everything was so fast that we didn’t believe it. Roberto was nice by helping out with the car and preparing it for us.

My experience here at Honda Midtown was phenomenal. My sales person Jennifer was extremely helpful from start to finish with updates and answering any questions. The most amazing experience start to finish!  To share a little backstory, I was looking to trade in my car for something more reliable as I wasn't sure how much longer my current car would last. Shauna had my car appraised in less than 24hrs and after looking over my previous bill of sale pointed out that I had been taken advantage of at the previous dealership. Shauna and the team pointed out all of the discrepancies and the insane interest rate I was currently paying. Gutted at not having a great understanding of what I was getting into before, I wanted to make sure I understood every step of the process when trading in my car and the Midtown Honda team did not disappoint.  Sam and Shauna walked me through all of my options, Sam showed me his efforts to get me the best interest rate available to me cutting my interest down by over 60%, diligently explained the terms of the sale, and patiently took the time to make sure I understood what everything meant so I felt confident in my decision. The process was seamless from start to finish and I have never felt more taken care of.  When it was time to pickup my car Shauna, Sam and Roberto brought me to my new car wrapped in a red bow and helped me switch out everything I needed. Roberto kindly switched my plates and even helped me connect my phone to the apple car play so I was all ready to go.  This experience was a complete 180 from my previous purchase and I can not recommend Midtown Honda enough. Thank you so much to the incredible team for taking care of me the whole way through and the rest of the staff for providing such a welcoming experience.

Sam was amazing he got me approved for the car right away! This was my first time going through the process of financing a car and he was VERY helpful. He helped me through every step of the way & responded to all my texts and calls, im very grateful! He was very professional, friendly and provided the best customer service!

Thomas and Roberto were very helpful in my purchase of my brand new CRV. Thomas was very helpful in getting me a great deal for my CRV and Roberto was very knowledgeable about all the functions of the vehicle when we were doing a pre delivery inspection.
