Buying a vehicle has never been more simple. I worked with Cassandra and she was super patient and helpful when it came to finding what I wanted. I’d been dreaming of owning a Jeep Wrangler and when everywhere else I looked told me no, Mr. Automotives said yes! Cassandra and I texted back and forth everyday and she kept me in the loop of how everything worked and when I should be expecting my vehicle. When it arrived, I noticed a few minor exterior damages that I didn’t see in the pictures and Cassandra resolved the issues by allowing me to order the parts needed and they compensated for it. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who doesn’t have very good credit or even someone like myself who had basic credit.

DO NOT FINANCE OR LEASE FROM HERE !! Seriously avoid this place! I know business is business and there are people in this business that ONLY care about the money and don't care about their customers. This place is exactly that! I was promised a lot, reassured and ended up being sold a car with so many issues within a couple months of purchasing and when they became apparent I was turned away and ignored. The car that they sold to me, had RUST so bad that so many parts had to be replaced. They sold me a car that could have killed me. They are a scam. Especially if you are new to financing or leasing. Its extremely sad when you reach a milestone in your life, and people like this are able ruin it with dishonesty and lies. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Over the last 5 to 6 years I’ve had 3 deals with mr automotive they were a huge help to getting myself and my credit to where it is. I have nothing bad to say about mr automotive. Adam and the staff are amazing at what they do.

Bought a van off of them almost a year ago. Car never started from day 1. Spent months trying to deal with it with the dealership and Adam who is the manager of the dealership was very rude and told me to contact my warranty and lie to them and say it just started happening months after I purchased the van. Almost a year later and chooses to ignore all phone calls and emails. Unfortunately now having to take it the legal route.

Car shopping is usually very difficult and people always want to call you and talk to you. But if your like me and prefer to text this is the place. Cassandra took very good care of me. She was very professional, polite and got me the vechile I want at a great deal. All in a matter of a couple of days and bam I have a new vehicle.
