Days Inn Sandpoint

Love it here. The ladies are awesome and so is the mid and night crew. I love waking up every morning and getting nice fresh and warm breakfast. Sadie the manager is such a sweetheart and does so much for her customers. It is my home for now and I absolutely love it.

I only stayed here one night as I was passing through but I was very impressed with the service received from the hotel staff. Overnight a snow storm had blown in and I was not prepared for it and did not have a snow brush or ice scraper. When I asked the front desk guy if they had one to borrow, he said they did not but then put on his jacket and went out into the blowing snow to wipe off his own car and get me his personal ice scraper to borrow. This was such an unexpected and high level of service. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff here is the worst anywhere, ever! They double charged my card, argued with me about it, and the general manager even walked away mid conversation and told the receptionist "just write it!" She was snooty while I waited for my bank pages to load, "It couldn't be MY internet. I'M using it just fine." (News flash lady, it's two different connections for you and the guests) I'm just horribly disappointed, and THEY DIDN'T EVEN KNOW HOW MUCH THEY'D CHARGED MY ACCOUNT TO REFUND, which was why I was waiting on their internet to load my bank account information.

Rooms were comfortable, breakfast was good, prices were reasonable, carpets needed upgraded.

Clean, good service and knowledge from front desk staff, good location, easy to find, affordable!
