The staff went above and beyond to help with any questions and to make us feel welcomed. Rooms are very clean and nice. Had a very nice balcony but due to rain we didn’t use it. The view is beautiful of the beach and water. Will definitely stay at the Edgewater whenever we are in the Sandpoint Id area. Eat at the connecting restaurant Trinity at City Beach. The food and service is amazing.

super friendly and amazing staff. They went out of their way to look after me and made me feel more comfortable than being in my own home. I can't wait to go back. 11 out of 10 for the wonderful staff.

Came to Sandpoint for my weeding, The staff was the best and so personable. We had all of our wedding guest stay at the hotel as well and everyone had a great time and enjoyed their stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the Best Western in Sandpoint. All of the staff could not have been more gracious. We will continue to come back here and enjoy this great place with all of you great folks! Thank you so very much.

if it wasn't so close to rail line it would be a premier spot in sandpoint, but the noise will definitely bug a lot of guests. spectacular grounds and views of the lake. price is reflective of the train , otherwise it would probably be much more expensive. other hotels in the area don't have the view but also don't have the train and many are much newer.
