Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.  Room was decent (a little worn) but it seemed very clean and not full of air fresher scent - thank goodness, linens were very clean.  Free breakfast is lousy, served in the hotel lobby with minimal choices.  I didn't even bother.  I would like it better if it was a non-smoking facility.  There were many people smoking outside which I don't like walking passed, and people just throw their butts on the ground.

Good rooms for a reasonable price. The hotel is close to the beach. It is located on the north end of town, just as you turn into the main road of the town. It is close to the many restaurants and shops. It is easy to drive the one way two lane streets with many turn arounds. They offer a free continental breakfast with waffles. The staff is friendly and helpful. My wife and I stay there 3 or 4 times a year for a quiet get away.

Quick check-in and check-out. Continental breakfast is pretty decent. The rooms were nice nothing special but clean and the beds were comfortable. And I love any place that has a fridge and a microwave because that makes any vacation just a little bit cheaper.

So I don't usually do this, but I felt like I needed to after staying here. First of all, I requested a QUEEN bed and got a FULL. Secondly, the pool looks disgusting. I was afraid to go into it and the hot tub because of that. Thirdly there is no service. I called the lobby and it rang for quite some time before I finally walked down there  and still had to wait. That is all I have to say. I will never stay at this place again.

Very economical. Clean, simple rooms. Mini fridge and microwave. Small indoor pool and hot tub. Short walk to the ocean.
