Days Inn and Conference Center Ellensburg

The staff at Days Inn are all Good folks! I see for my self on the daily how hard each of them work to keep this place very well maintained. Jason the manager of the Day's Inn and E & J Rv Park He is very kind,understanding,professional yet always down to mingle with guess and long term renters.

Pretty decent hotel for the destination. Wasn't expecting too much and you shouldn't either. Beds are fine and had no issue sleeping

This place is a complete joke! We were put into a room that had yet to be cleaned, and then shuffled between 2 more rooms that were already occupied, mind you they were doing this to multiple other people. After spending close to an hour of shuffling from room to room, the MANAGER decided to put us in a room under construction! No joke, the ladder was still in the room along with nails, screws, paint cans, etc. The room smelt horrible and was obviously not cleaned prior to us entering. We booked this hotel reservation months in advance and had to deal with a manager who pretty much told us we could f**k off. I have never been so blatantly disrespected by a person of authority in customer service. This chain of hotel will never see a penny of my money. Complete and utter joke!

We didn't get the room we asked for and their attitude was oh well. The walls were paper thin all we heard were people walking around all night. The chlorine smell was over powering. The room was clean on a positive note.

GREAT! Nice little pool for the kiddo and hot tub for the hubby. Clean Clean Clean! They must take a tip from "Hotel Impossible" because all bedding was white and bright. mattress was impeccable! new curtains and full size refrigerator. excellent deal for an excellent price! definitely recommended.
