Had no dental insurance, came in with a bad molar. They said I had 3 cavities on the same tooth, but I knew it was going to need a root canal. They did the fillings but, three days later, it hurt so bad I couldn't sleep. Called them to make an appointment to get it fixed. Called them again two days later. And again another two days later. Went in after a week, they said I needed a root canal. Quoted me far too much for it. Asked if antibiotics would help--they said no. Went to another dentist because they quoted me a root canal for cheaper. After an X-ray, they told me the root canal would be practically useless because there wasn't enough real tooth left to put a crown on. I told them to pull it and they said I needed a week's worth on antibiotics before they could help me because the infection was too bad for freezing. Too long; didn't read: They milk you for your money/benefits and don't care to listen to the messages you leave or return your calls.
