The Dartmouth Heritage Museum is responsible for protecting, preserving & promoting the heritage of Dartmouth, NS. Operates two historic houses: Evergreen House (open year-round) & Quaker House (open seasonally, June-August).
The Dartmouth Heritage Museum (DHM) operates two historic houses: Evergreen House (26 Newcastle Street), and Quaker House (57 Ochterloney Street).
Evergreen House is open year round and is the current headquarters of the DHM administrative offices. Quaker House is one of the oldest buildings in HRM and is open seasonally (June-August).
Throughout the year, there are many rotating exhibits, heritage events, walking tours, and historic programming run by the Museum.
