These guys pulled off an amazing fix, after a low end salon totally cut my long long hair off... and lop sided, making such short cuts in places that totally destroyed my style options given my difficult, fine hair.....I never thought I'd look good in short hair but INSTINCTS really truly understood what needed to happen to give me that high end look after so much was cut. I feel confident that no one could have done better. And I'm beyond astounded at how I look now with such an up to date style.
