Truly excellent experience. Rob took the time to go through almost every bookshelf speaker in the store with me until I found one I liked. He is a true lover of audio fidelity. I got a remarkable pair of AE1 speakers that have gotten a whole lot of use since purchase. Thanks Rob!

had to return an amp twice, and I have to say they were extremely helpful and comprehensive in the whole process. don't think the process would have been as easy in any other audio shop.
This place is incredible and Rob is a true gem. We spent a few hours here and Rob went over and above, setting up a number of systems for us to audition. Amazing experience and you should definitely get your gear from here.
It was a great experience spending a large portion of our afternoon at Art et Son and walking out with a brand new sound system! The store is very beautifully made with a very pleasant listening room and a wall of classic albums on vinyl. Rob was amazing to work with - very knowledge, pleasant and honest! He listened to our needs and offered just what was right for us without any BS upselling. You can test out different equipment with music that you like so you know exactly what you are getting. If you are on the market for a great quality sound system in any price range, this is the place to check out plus you will be supporting a small local business.
If you need quality audio and helpful service, Rob is your guy! I was looking for a unique solution for my dance studio - lots of power in a discrete in-ceiling speaker and with Rob's expert guidance, I decided to purchase Dali Phantom H120s! There is simply no other speaker like this on the market! They are 3-way speakers with tons of power, amazing clarity and a smooth sound. They are built solid and once installed they blend into your ceiling! What's even more amazing is I received helpful phone and email support, from speaker placement and selection right through to purchase and post-purchase support, all from a different city! Called today to get info on a good pair of headphones! Spoke to Rob super nice guy! Got to the store met Rob in person and Antonello! These guys are truly amazing spent approximately 2 hours they took their time to listen to me and give me the chance to try different headphones and suggested me in the best way possible and I purchased what I needed. I definitely recommend this store and I can guarantee you that I will be shopping here again thanks guys for the great great great service! Keep up the great work!
These guys are an absolute pleasure to deal with even online and over the phone. Incredible customer service and very knowledgeable staff. After my first intended purchase a while back wasn't going to be available again in the foreseeable future, the owner took 30 minutes out of his day to follow up and call me to discuss options that ultimately lead me to purchasing a different item from someone else based on his advice. Most companies would have tried to upsell or hard sell and ensure that they got the sale. These guys are more concerned that the customer ends up with the best equipment possible for them at the price. Because of this level of service, when it was time to replace my amp, I reached out again and was met with the same level of great advice and understanding of what I was going for. Also these guys are generally priced lower than some of the big chains that are generally the worst buyer experiences ever complete with 30 minute pitches for extended warranties, and; for the most part they are priced on par with Amazon, which is nice, although I'd be willing to pay a premium for the service and knowledge. Edit- The Amp arrived to today and I absolutely do not regret breaking a rule of mine and blind buying it. Perfect match for my system!
