Ice In Paradise

Excellent! Coincidentally I was passing by and stoped for the gelatos And I find their gelato completely different compared to other places. I loved their gelatos quality and services. Very clean and nice shop. Ever since then I pass by in the area I stop for their gelatos.I highly recommend them to family and friends.

Had the coconut gelato and flakey napoleon dessert. Gelato was good. Napoleon was even better. I would go back for the napoleon.

This place is not authentic. It doesn’t matter how long it’s been open if expertise is not reflected in the pastries. My dad got SHIRINI E ZABAN, they were so hard and old. They all cracked before I was even able to put them on a tray! So he decided to go back to let them know since the manager claimed they were all fresh but instead she said this is how SHIRINI ZABAN is supposed to be!!! I’m not an expert but have had pastries from different Persian places in GTA and never have I ever saw anything as bad!! When I went back to ask why - she threatened to call the police?!!! What a shame! The manager was super rude and I was speechless! Glad I recorded the conversation. It's hard to put into words how unprofessional she was! BE AWARE always get your receipt else you'll be threatened to be called on!

Customer service could use some work but the girl at the counter was fresh: as fresh as the gelato these guys make. I'm picky about my gelato...and the tiramisu gelato here? Wow. It's a perfect flavour with the portion sizes and the lady finger addition. Two big scoops with a waffle cone will set you back $10: a sum I will happily pay to relive the flavour again.

Delicious sweets! I love their selection. I didnt know they had ice cream gelato's too. The mixed berries was the best. The costumer service Is very friendly and welcoming. We didnt have anything like this place in newmarket. Glad they opened up.

The Banana walnut cake is to die for! It's the best I've had in the GTA! They also have a wide variety of gelatos, my favorite being the coconut and pistachio. Also a very friendly staff and a great environment to spend time with friends or family with some tea and desserts.

Very nice pastry shop to pick up some tasty Persian delicacies, fresh sweets, ice cream and more! Excellent staff, beautiful flowers and clean space! Thank you to the management!

I almost tried all their products, pastries, ice cream, cake...they are the best, prices are reasonable and staff are very polite and welcoming. Highly recommend

Great pastries, staff and atmosphere. Favorite pastries has to be cream puffs, Gootab and saffron ice cream.
