DO NOT GO HERE!!!!  YOU have been warned! This place is horrible!  If I could give it 0 stars I would.  The receptionist is rude and the ultrasound technicians do not know what they are doing.  I went to this clinic for a pregnancy ultrasound and while I was in the waiting area I heard a polite women ask a question about her ultrasound to the technician.  In response I can hear the technician yelling at her  so loudly saying she cannot give her any information. The poor women was so embarrassed!  After she left both the receptionist and the technician were calling the patient names in a different language.. Not knowing that I can understand EVERYTHING. Next  I went in for my ultrasound.  I didn't ask her anything after over hearing what had happened before me. The next day my  reports came to my gynecologist regarding my pregnancy and basically everything  that was required in my requisition was NOT provided by the technician which meant I had to do another ultrasound!  SO NOT ONLY ARE THEY RUDE THEY CANNOT DO THEIR JOB AS WELL!!!  Take my word and save your time to go somewhere else.  This clinic is always empty clearly for these reasons!

Getting my 19 week ultrasound done at this place was the worst thing I could have ever done.They took 4 weeks to send my report to my doctor and only sent it after 4 weeks after I personally called them and asked them why they hadn’t sent it yet the rude receptionist told me they had the wrong doctors name which makes absolutely no sense because the paper they need in order to do the ultrasound has my doctors full name and contact info. Once it was sent my doctors office called me saying I need to do a repeat ultrasound because the technician did not take proper imaging of my baby which of course put me into a panic thinking something could possibly be wrong with my baby. The technician told me the baby was a girl and the report she sent to my doctors office after 4 weeks said female as well. I went yesterday for my repeat ultrasound  at a different ultrasound location and I was told I am actually having a Boy the gender of the baby is showing Male. So not only did this place not send my report till 4 weeks later but they also provided me and my doctors office with incorrect information about my baby. I keep calling asking to speak with a manager supervisor anyone In charge and the rude inconsiderate receptionist will not provide me with any info on whom I can speak to about this. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE FOR ANYTHING HORRIBLE BUSINESS AND ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Not only did this clinic refuse to tell us the sex of our baby, they refused to put it on the report so our midwife was unable to tell us.  Book your anatomy scan elsewhere if you are interested in knowing the sex of your baby.

I don't have any bad experience   the ultrasound tecnection Asian lady was so good .very carrying

I get having a bad day but the receptionist here has a bad day every single day. Listen to the reviews, don’t come here if you want to be belittled or talked down to by the receptionist.

This clinic was surprisingly rude. From the receptionist to the technician.  An unpleasant experience. Go somewhere else if you can.

VERY Rude receptionist! People avoid this place if you can. Or they should trained their staff!
