The reception very rude. I think his name is Dom. He wear a white doctor coat, sit there, today March 27,2023.. Another clinic said this address have walk in doctor. So I just walk here. I ask him. if he know which clinic is walk'in clinic, I need help. He talk very quick and feel not happy. tell me go out then go to a mall outside. I did not get it very clear. I have allergy reaction right now. he just repeat few times fast and angry I going out then saw a Nofrill . I want to ask the direction to make sure. he just more rude. I said I not live here, I am confuse, Can you tell me an address, or a name of the clinic. He just more angry. said I was bugging him. I said can you find someone want to help. then there is another clean lady come out yelled at me. said Dom is only work here. so he don't know anything. I went back with a card of walk in clinic, said you wearing a white coat , you need have patience to help people, can give them this address and name of the clinic I said I not live in here, and sorry I am not good at English. he said 10 years old child can understand him very well. I said , I need talk to your maneger, he refused. He smash the table to let me put the wall-in clinic card on the table. Why the managemenmt are let a person work in the middle of the building, wearing a doctor coat, and don't like to help

I had an appointment here as a first time patient, there was an accident on the highway and I had been trying to call them half an hour before my appointment to advise them I would be running late. No one ever answered the phone, I called their office about 8 times and no one answered, when I arrive I’m told they can’t see me today because the doctor is sick and I had anyhow missed my appointment. I asked them why they didn’t call me to let me know and they said I missed my appointment so they skipped me in the list, I mentioned I had been trying to call half hour before to inform I’d be running late and if that was ok, and she said sorry our lines were busy. My appointment had to be rescheduled for one week after. Very upsetting that the receptionist don’t answer the phone, if someone would have answered I could’ve saved myself the trip. The office itself is very hard to find in that building, looks kind of shady due to its appearance, gave me the creeps.

I called the office today so I could information on how to become a patient here, and the lady that replied was very unprofessional saying “We are not taking new patients, we are overwhelmed” so I asked twice if there will be new patients anytime soon, or a waitlist but she replied saying “We are never going to receive patients again, never”

Easy access from Sherbourne Station. Information desk right when you walk in. Elevator and stairs available to get you to your floor. I went to see my OB on the second floor. Lifelabs available but can be a long wait. Ultrasound available on the ground floor. Very nice and professional. They accommodated me on my mixed up appointment my fault Ultrasound tech was nice. The experience was comfortable. All in all, a very good experience here over 5 years

The information desk is deceiving, I have never been provided with any information and my questions are answered with a shrug

Walked in with no appointment, had X-ray and U/S completed within 30 minutes. Every staff member smiled and were quite helpful!

Very unprofessional and incompetent staff.
