I cannot believe a mall can even let a place like this lease there. Horrible customer service, they do not hold respect to their horrible quality product, and no return policy or mention of a return policy. Just the worst! if you value quality product and customer service i recommend to never shop here.
I bought a bag over a week ago and have no idea if it has even shipped. They wiil not answer emails. They will take your money. Sorry way to do business
