The lady took one look at my feet, asked me the size and pointed at the boots that would fit me best. Unbelievable quality for the price compared to other top brands. I'll be coming back again for another pair of boots. Service was quick, friendly, enthusiastic.

Absolutely phenomenal service! The sweetest couple were there and helped me find the perfect boots! The older gentleman was so helpful and such a joy to talk to, he and his wife had several stories to tell us while he stretched the boots for me. He added the metal toe tips and taught me how to use the oils to seal my boots in the best way possible. They take pride in their family business and I was so happy to support a small business. We will 100% be going back for any other boots or boot care needs! And I highly recommend you do too Thank you both for the amazing service and all your help today! I bought a pair of high quality, Canadian made boots from this store back in May 2021. I had to try on a few different pairs until I found a pair that felt right. I was having issues with the steel toe cap on the right boot but I thought it would be fine after they broke in a bit. This wasn’t the case and the right boot was just not working with my foot. I went back to the store today and talked to the owner. I explained my situation and he did an inspection on the boots. He said he could feel a defect and without so much as a question, the man fitted me with a new pair of boots boots that he himself designed for that Canadian manufacturer and sent me on my way with a smile. Sir, you have a customer for life in me and I can assure anyone who’s wondering if Diablo Boots is the place to go… I guarantee that this store is the number 1 place for customer service and satisfaction… probably in all of western Canada.
