Just OK. Didn't really carry that great of carry on bags. Very expensive luggage here. Needed a 100 dollar decent carry on. Ended up going to Mec and found something decent.

I got amazing help from the woman at the counter before closing, sadly I can't remember her name but she helped me choose my bags, and she provided overall amazing customer service as well. I'll definitely be coming back to this location for any of my baggage-related needs. Can't go wrong with Bentley

They haven't changed much over the last decade, and that's a good thing! Good discounts with brand name products you will recognize.

Bentley in southgate mall is very organized with affordable luggages. The staffs are too friendly and the manager " Zahra" is so professional and . She takes the time to listen to you  to find out what you really need . Go there and ask  for Zahra for help

A little bit expensive place to shop.
