Second visit in a year, both times I was blown away by the customer service. Very inclusive experience and the people are always very happy and helpful. Never have I enjoyed my shopping experience more than with this coach store.

The semi-annual sale is ongoing. If you've got your eye on an item, this might be a good time to check it out. You never know the item may be on sale. Love all my purchases and the customer service at this location is superb. Justin is a great associate.

Bought a few presents for christmas and a briefcase for myself from Emma. She was so great and super patient with me as I was very indecisive! Highly recommend and will be returning to Emma exclusively for her high standard of customer service.
