Story

Part of the well-known, well-loved Old Daley family, Daley’s on Yates is the first full-service restaurant since the original Old Daley Inn was sold in 2001, and the group moved into catering. Alongside Old Daley on Crooked Lake and Old Daley at Saratoga Polo, this fresh new concept in downtown Schenectady will feature quality comfort food and classic drinks, in an inviting, unexpected space. Far more than just a place to grab a drink or a bite, Daley’s on Yates opens out onto a private, tree-lined patio courtesy of a set of operational garage doors, as well as an outdoor bar, dining and lounge areas, all complete with fire pits. At Daley’s on Yates, we want you to come, get comfortable and stay awhile because our customers aren’t just customers—they’re friends.

First time there since Covid..and first time to eat there it was everything I thought it would be! Fantastic.Had the pot roast..so good!!

This is the BEST restaurant in Schenectady! The food is EXCELLENT & the service is superb! I loved the ambiance and music. It is great for a family gathering, friends, or date night.

Great place for a bit and drink.

Everyone is courteous and professional, great atmosphere and the food is excellent.

Just re-opened during pandemic. Nice place with good food and service. I was somewhat put off by waitress wearing a face shield but no mask. Face shield is not a substitute for a mask.

This place is of great class,  outstanding service and incredible cuisine.  The entrees are prepared perfectly and plated with perfection.  The veal tomahawk was cooked perfectly and retained all its tenderness.  The atmosphere is hip and modern making Schenectady the new cool place to wine and dine in the Capital District!

It was a very pleasant and chill atmosphere, food was excellent yum yum. Kinda got stuck in a corner a little bit oh well.
