Ralph Civitello arrived in America from Alvignano, Italy in 1911 at the age of 16 with a dream. In 1921, he established Civitello's Italian Pastry Shop at its current location in Schenectady NY. 88 years later the family still carries on his dream.

We have been coming here for years.  The ladies who own the place are very friendly,  The tomato pie is a must try.  The lemon ice is refreshing.  My favorite treat to get is the eclair.

Eclairs to die for. Also had a chocolate ganache cheesecake that was incredibly rich it's split in half in the picture. Also had a large selection of Italian cookies that I didn't try.

Nice people and good food. Incredible Desserts!

Oh my God! Satisfies the Sicilian in me. Go spend your money there...and don't forget the tortoni.

BEST Italian Ice around. Truly.

If you are looking for a place to pick up an amazing slice of Pizza look no further.

Normally I would have posted a pic but food looked so good I couldn't stop. I will probably become a regular. They have a lot of positive reviews for a reason.

The most amazing sandwiches, pizza and baked goods. I've never been disappointed.

Authentic Italuan food here: pizza, eggplant and the very best desserts around!!
