Thought we were going to have to buy a new stove after 22 years, they were able to repair it with a part already on the truck, we are good to go.
I always call Dales first ! Their customer service is great - friendly, helpful, no attitude - receptionist, scheduler, and repairmen. I don't compare prices because dependable service and professionalism is my priority.
I called Dale's because my family had used them in the past and they always treated them well. Unfortunately my appliance was not worth saving, and just them being up front about that is excellent customer service. The technician helped point me in the right direction with recommended brands that will fair better than what I had, and what brands to avoid. He could have temporarily fixed it but he knew they would have to come back sooner than later to fix the next thing to come up. That says a lot about him and Dale's, that is truly great customer service and a guarantee that I will call them first should the need arise. A good honest company.
The whole process was very smooth. I was able to get an appointment quickly, and I appreciated that they accommodated my work schedule. I recieved a call the day of the appointment letting me know that the technician was on his way. The tech himself was very personable and friendly, and solved our problem quickly. I found the price to be reasonable, as well.
I had an issue which I thought was electrical and after the helpful technician and troubleshooting turned out to be an issue with my refrigerator. The staff was very helpful and the technician was able to come out the same day. He was very kind, courteous well experienced. After a few minutes he was able to diagnose the problem and in a couple of more minutes had my fridge up and running again. He explained the issue, informed me of the solution and fixed the problem. Great company to do business with. I’ll be recommending them from here on out. Thank you all for your help.
Honestly very disappointed. Dryer wasn't working, called them to come out and take a look. The long & short of it is that they didn't know what the cause was and provided no solution. Told me to just keep using it until it fully breaks. Glad to know I flushed 100 dollars down the toilet having them come out. In response to owner: I thank you for your reply. I can appreciate that diagnosis can be difficult and I do not fault your company for that. No one is perfect. However, when I booked the appointment I was told the fee included both a service call & diagnosis. Seeing as I did not receive all of what I was promised nor paid for, I would appreciate some form of pro rated refund. Received service call, but no diagnosis. Also, I think 100 dollars is kind of steep for about 25 minutes of work, that did not resolve the issue nor move me closer to a solution.
