We had a pretty good experience here! The BBQ things were pretty good, and I liked the sides that came with it. Lots of options for pairing with the meat! In addition to the BBQ we got a cold kimchi noodle, which was pretty solid. We definitely got a LOT of food for two people, but I think the value is alright a little on the pricey side. Sometimes the temperature of the grill was a bit hard to control, but it worked out okay. I'd definitely recommend coming here to try it out!
The street-like decor gives the place a nice atmosphere but my compliments end there.nnThe food is good enough for KBBQ with quality meat at relatively smaller portions. However the variety was pretty absent with the selection of only a few cuts of unseasoned pork/beefnnNow for the terrible service. We had 3 people tend to us.nn2 guys who couldn't be bothered to give us the time of day and always acted impatiently towards us. Like every request coming out of our mouths seemed like it annoyed them. We were just ordering food or asking for basic things like water, extra bowls, more sides when we finished etc.nnThen this 1 woman who literally misunderstood everything we asked her I don't think she spoke English well and ended up just waving down one of the aforementioned 2 men to help us instead.nnA friend within our group of 6 even mentioned she couldn't believe how badly we were treated and that she'd never had such poor service at a Korean restaurant.
It was a Sunday night when we went here. The place is totally kid friendly. Haewon, our host, was approachable and very friendly. She made sure that the seats that we got are perfect since we came as 8 pax. The waiting time is okay. Steven, our server, was incredible. He checks up on us and made sure that we have everything that we need - from orders to extra utensils. We will surely dine in again in this location.
Honestly I prefer this place over a regular all you can eat kbbq. The quality of the meat your getting is well worth it and all the sides they give you are so good! Cocktails are also great, I got the melona one which has a melon melona bar in the drink - yummy!!
This is a great spot for Korean Barbeque- it is clean, well kept and provides good service. The servers there were nice enough to constantly inquire us about any orders/concerns.nnThe food is delicious- ontop of the meat there are amazing side dishes provided that is a must to eat. The Meat pieces are good quality and marinated just well enough to not be too overpowering. Considering the whole set, you do get your moneys worth here and get an assortment of tastes.
