Absolutely awesome Korean BBQ experience and great pricing!nnWent here with my friend as we’ve been meaning to try it out, the food was amazing with plenty of sides. The decoration and the overall atmosphere were enjoyable! Each of the meat servings were 200g and about $20+. Me and my friend ordered the Pork Belly and the Beef Chuck Steak, and overall it was a great deal and was a lot for us already.nnDefinitely plan on coming here again, service was great and always asked if we needed anything.

The vibe? Warm and welcoming. The food? An easy 10/10. After 30+ visits, I can confidently say it never disappoints. I’ve been to both the downtown and North York locations, and they’re consistently great—fresh meat, endless side dishes, and a wide variety of options. Portions are super generous, so be prepared to leave with a happy, full stomach and maybe a few extra pounds!.nnMy must-try recommendation? Galbi wrap paired with cold noodles—and don’t forget a shot of soju for the full experience.nnIf you want a true taste of authentic Korean BBQ, Daldongnae is where it’s at!
I just simply wanted to have some Korean BBQ. Since I'm Korean, I might have been a bit picky, and there are a lot of BBQ places in Toronto. This place was amazing. The meat was fresh, side dishes were delicious and the service from the staff was good. However, the female server with a tattoo on the back of her neck seemed like she didn't want to work; she didn't greet us, didn't say a word, and only guided us with hand gestures. It felt like a small blemish on an otherwise great experience.nnOverall, it was a great Korean bbq place.
Every dish was delicious, I've been to a Korean BBQ in the past and it was just ok, but, Daldongnae was a completely different experience.nExcellent service, definitely worth it.
We went to Daldongnae Korean BBQ for dinner and ordered pork belly and beef boneless short rib. Our BBQ order also came with yummy complimentary side dishes so that was quite nice. Additionally, we ordered a green onion pancake, the spicy soft tofu stew and hot noodle soup with anchovy and beef broth as our entrée dishes. I preferred the entrée dishes over the main BBQ food. The decor and furniture inside is very nice but it was quite humid inside and loud music was playing so it was hard to have a conversation. The floor was a bit wet and had food from customers prior. There wasn't enough shared tongs/communal utensils for our group.
