Best bubble tea place in New West! Staff is always friendly and the pearls are always fresh you can choose your sweetness and ice for most drinks and they have loyalty cards! We go every week and have never been disappointed!!

It's been our favorite shop since they opened. The staffs are so friendly, the Asian girl with glasses is always so helpful and kind. She is excellent at her job!!! she deserves a raise

A bit sweeter than expected with 25% sugar. May be it is due to the fresh taro mash. If you are getting the "Ultimate" drink and you do not like too sweet BBT, then you would want no sugar instead. The pudding is so so only. The drink itself is good.

Apart from the deliciousness of the bubble tea quality, the lady worker was very aggressive to their customers in the store. Won’t visit anymore, undoubtedly.
