You just lost two customers and hopefully many more with this review. My friend and I walked in and we asked very valid questions but we were getting side eyes and our questions weren’t being answered politely or clearly. My friend asked what’s in their signature milk tea the girl working said “milk tea” with a rude tone then looked at the guy working as if my friend asked something stupid. When I asked her about the golden tea or whatever the name was it if it was good she said “yeah?!” But I ignored it. Once she acted like that towards my friend when my friend wasn’t looking I said let’s just go. We were asking very valid questions but they chose to have an attitude instead. We were paying customers not criminals. If I was the employer I’d fire them immediately if this is how they treat customers. For the employer, if you wonder why your business might be slow this is why. When we walked out they continued giving us faced and attitude so I flipped them off cause no one’s treating my friend like that. Do better. We needed up going to bubble world they welcomed us, sat us down, smiled and were overall very polite. They’re the ones who got our services and a tip instead.
It was such a bad experience for me. Chatime need to check the communication skills and customer service skills before hiring people. The lady at the front don't have manners to talk and she was saying that she the owner of the store. If the owner have no etiquettes to deal with their customers then I don't know how they are running the store.
Chattime is one of my favorite picks for bubble tea. Their bubble tea selection is extensive and drinks and add-ons like pearls, grass jelly, tapioca, etc. are all good quality! It's nice that you can customize the sweetness of your drink and ice level ie. 25, 50, 75 and 100%. Some of my favorites are their Thai milk tea and brown sugar milk tea. Their service is just average I'd say. They're usually pretty nice but don't go out of their way to talk to you or make recommendations. But I can't complain. Furniture and building are relatively new and atmosphere is what you'd expect for your bubble tea shops. Doesn't usually get that busy here and have rarely seen people dining in.
Very clean. Great service, we got our 3 drinks in 5 minutes. Tasted great! They have 3 different sizes: regular, large, extra large. They have Boba and 3 flavors of popping boba: lychee, green apple and another one I can't remember.Food: 5/5
A part of Cleaner ball was inside a bubble tea! I order the triple guys roast milk tea, and it has a part of cleaner ball inside. Even though the customer service was good after I complained. Still, PLEASE pay more attention for you food hygiene! It’s my first time visiting this location, and I probably will stop going there.
The place looks nice. Their bubble tea packaging is great. Plus, the lady who took my order is very nice, caring and accomodating!
Neat place, tasty freshly brewed bubble tea, average prices. They don't serve anything else, exept various bubble tea options, the tea is available only in two sizes, the location is spacious. I would recommend to try.
AC is nice during summer. Staff as friendly. Washrooms were clean. Surprised this is one of the few bubble tea places in the area. Very thankful is here
Very horrible service and attitude towards customer. I asked for no ice for my matcha green tea with grass jelly. Not only they give me with ice. And after I told them, without any apology, the guy who took my order, takes the drink back, rip it apart and dump it to a different cup with a used shaker cap he just pulled from the sink, ditch the ice and fill the gap with water. Didn't bother with remaking a new one. Then left the drink on table, and ignore me. I understand they are busy, but that's definitely not how you treat your customer. No apology, no nothing. Horrible customer service. I would give a zero if it is possible on Google review. Update: I order grass jelly, but I got random yellow jelly that taste fruity. Definitely never going back again.
They have good pearls. Different sizes of cups for customers to choose for their drinks. Not an easy spot to find parking. Didn't mind the walking on a nice day.
