Usually they get a 4 star but this visit was just crazy at the drive-thru! Incompetence or poor training but I didn't make it a big deal, I just got my blizzards and left.

I placed a $32. Order & one was supposed to have bacon on it but didn't. The next day I told Dairy Queen about this. They apologized & said they would give me another one. They rang it up onto my receipt but then deducted the cost. I thanked them. Got home & my burger wasn't even in the bag. I do not like Dairy Queen.
