Blackstone Grill

Nice people. Great food. What a surprise. Nice very charming. Wish the air conditioning unit worked better in the room. The bath was large and spacious unexpected!! The room and bath were spotless. The A/C needs work & it's middle July in Wyoming. I would like to return here

The server kept walking to the back instead of waiting on us! Then it took an hour fir a hAmburger and some sliders. The food was cold. No taste at all.and they messed up the order. Then they are told me to come back at noon the following day to get my order remade and they were not even open. So save your money there's a nice little restaurant on the next corner! !!!!!!

We came in and were seated right away. There was only 2 other groups seated at tables in the whole restaurant at around 7 PM. We waited about 15 min for a waiter/waitress to serve us, but they never came to our table. The waitresses kept walking around the store and talking, ignoring our group. I would not have a problem waiting if the restaurant was busy, but as I mentioned before there were only 2 other couples in the whole restaurant. We walked out and one of the waitresses told us to "have a nice day", which I thought was ironic since they seemingly refused to serve us minutes ago.

The night desk clerk wasn't friendly, but I liked the hotel otherwise. What hotel don't want to give extra pillows or blankets? The owner listened to our complaint and made us feel better about our time there.

Until tonight, I had dined at several of the restaurants in Sheridan except Blackstone. I rolled in to the hotel tired a very long drive and didn't want to go elsewhere to dine, so I decided to give the house restaurant a chance. Wow! Perfectly prepared NY Strip with demi-glace, fresh vegetables, great salad and French onion soup. This is the best meal I've had in Sheridan thus far. I look forward to trying some items off the menu on my next trip through town - or another Chef's special.
