Cowboy Cafe

Great breakfast. Big plates of food that taste homemade. Pies to go looked delicious as well. Priced moderate and definitely got money's worth in size of serving. Kids loved it too. Would eat here again!

Nice little Cafe with a cowboy feel. Decent food, but I was excited for the pie. I got the Cherry Almond Crunch al a mode. Maybe a little dark on top but still DELICIOUS, and to top it off Shannon was an absolute sweetheart and on top things even though it was quite busy.

Absolutely the worst place in town. To start with the service was horrible, he came to get our drink order and only took one of our guests order, there was 3 of us. He took only brought one drink at a time. When he finally came back to take our order finally got to order the child's drink. Food came out fairly quick and that was the last time the waiter came by. He never came back to see how things were, to bring refills, or bring a check. The food was the worst thing any of us have ever had. The mashed potatoes still had the skins on them, which I normally love, but the didn't wash them, tasted like dirt. The bacon wrapped meatloaf was a processed thin meat patty, like spam, burnt to a crisp. And it was all covered in brown gravy that had been burnt and cooked with bleach. My 4 year old wouldnt eat his corndog, he loves corndogs and was said he was so hungry, but told me he it was "so disgusting". And the third party member ordered a salad with chicken and shrimp, only thing edible on the plate was the shrimp. $40 dollars and 3 inedible meals later finally got out if the place.

Excellent breakfast. Had elk sausage which was delicious. But the highlight was the pie. Had the boysenberry and it was packed with berries, not the gel/syrup that is in most pies. Plus the crust was like Grandma made. An excellent place to eat.

Okay food for the price. Definitely expected more after the reviews we read prior to eating there. Probably the worst Reuben I have ever ate but the rest of my family food was okay. Wanted to try their famous pie but they were sold out of many. Slow service due to lack of staff. Most likely won't be returning.
